Rejections and Peer Review Repository 

       As an attempt to make science more transparent, some journals have begun including the peer review file with accepted papers so the view of experts are available to the public. It is also true that papers have been submitted very often to other journals and rejected before final acceptance. To make a whole paper story transparent and help scientists on judging where to submit their studies, here is our contribution:
